An Escape Room has many games to play ranging from giving answers to some puzzles to looking for codes and keys. All to be able to unlock the various rooms until you find the exit within the hour you have available. In an Immersive, on the other hand, the number of puzzles and games are reduced to a minimum, but you will be presented with the possibility of being active protagonists of a captivating story and just like you were in a film, you will have to be able to discover the plot and finish your journey. All within 90' minutes.
Yes exactly, minimum three players for escapes and minimum four for immersive. But no one forbids fewer people playing, but the minimum bookable and therefore payable is what is written on the site.
The cost for the Escape Room amounts to 28.00 € per person. The Immersive instead costs 38.00 € per person.
Minors can enter, but it is always recommended to have an adult with you. It is not necessary that you accompany during the session inside the Escape Room, but you will have to take legal responsibility.
You can get your refund if at least twenty-four hours notice is given before the session. If, on the other hand, you abandon the experience during (or before starting the session) on the same day, you cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to follow your group once they leave, even from the cameras.
Of course, the cost of the session will be charged upon your arrival at Phobos. The important thing is that they do not exceed the number of people allowed in the rooms.
If the group arrives late the timer equals five minutes after your time indicated in the booking. If the group is not complete, it will be necessary to wait for everyone to arrive to start the experience.

Contact between actors and clients is minimal, so they will not be able to separate you or use force on you.

When can I take them off? There are no penance in deciding to remove actors from one's experience. They can be removed at any point in the game, but cannot be restored.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reduce the jump scare or the presence of the actors, therefore we recommend choosing the rooms taking into consideration the fear ratings indicated in the various rooms.
It's It is possible to purchase videos and photos of your session by selecting the option when booking. The costs are 20.00 € for photos, 40.00 € for the video in the Escape Room and 50.00 € for video in Immersive.
The videos and photos will be sent via link on the email used for booking within 5 – 7 days from your session.
